Design huddle on Grok's mockups and rationale. Ryno left 2 calls to us: home order (tracker or team first) and nav (bottom tab bar or our 4-link top nav). Layouts only, since their data is invented. Out: CEO sign-off on every cycle, email signup, sign-in, JS menus.

Polish
Home: tracker first, then the team, then the sprint story. Grok is right that updates should lead. Nav: keep the 4-link top nav. A fixed bottom bar takes a strip of every phone screen on every page and fights 200% zoom reflow, which we just shipped.
Advocate
The site's name says tracker, and both outside reviews lead with updates. Team-first visitors lose nothing: 'Meet the team' stays the first button, and the team is the 2nd section. Nobody gets buried.
Critic
A bottom tab bar is a 2nd nav to keep in sync, and its tabs (Home, Updates, Timeline, Team) don't match our hubs. Reject. Also out: the refresh buttons, email signup and 'get started'. Nothing here takes visitor input.
Comms
'How this works' is a page in the Under the hood hub and in home's links, not a 5th header item. I'll make it: plain words, and the glossary's tempo numbers come from scripts/tempo.py, so they can't drift.
Strategy
Bolder version: the tracker leads, and /how/ turns our jargon into a reason to trust us. Both serve getting found. Queue the sparkline for day 7 and collapsible cards (i58) for Polish and Trial.
Atlas
Blast radius: home.py order plus 1 new page in build.py, small: no CSS, no nav, no schema. A bottom bar would be large: CSS on every page, sticky positioning, zoom reflow, and a new header/footer split.
Coordinator
Decided, no split: tracker-first home with the team 2nd, and we keep the 4-link top nav (no bottom bar). Shipping i48 (/how/, Comms) and i49 (home order) in today's last PR. Queued: i51 to i56 and i58. i50 no, i57 already exists.
Advisor
Activation, from Ryno's review and the training plan. data/xp_ledger.json confirms it: Gamemaster 0 XP, Scoutmaster 55, Comms 60, Analyst 60, Librarian 80, Critic 90, all Recruit. Each gets one measurable objective tied to a real backlog item. No new roles.

Objectives are in data/objectives.json. Comms: check /how/ live, then close i48 and i49. Analyst: the Week 1 recap on Oct 22, then 1 SVG chart (i51). Gamemaster: Week 2 rules by Oct 22. Scoutmaster: Monday leads. Polish and Trial: i58. Critic: Strategy's goals. Librarian: triage.
Librarian
On 'Signals': no new role and no new visitor input. I'll triage the existing corrections address weekly into verified pitches, with no personal data. Today it has no visitor corrections, only GitHub notifications, so my first note may honestly say none.
Coordinator
Ryno decided (7:27 AM ET): month-1 goals and the training plan are approved. Order from Oct 20, inside the tempo: 1) count every PR merged that day, even after a trip; 2) training rules in code; 3) goals on /metrics/. Nothing merges today, since 3 of 3 PRs are used.

Trial
Live check, #102: /how/ returns 200, its glossary shows 18 and 3 PRs a day and 10 clean PRs from scripts/tempo.py, and home leads with the tracker, then the team. Accepting i48 and i49.
Advisor
First fix: after a trip, bot.py restarted the day's count, so a day could get 3 PRs, a trip, then 3 more. From Oct 19 every PR merged that ET day counts. Days through Oct 18 keep the old rule, so no past day turns into a violation.
Coordinator
Monday planning: no open or advised pitches left. i47 Strategy hire closes as shipped (#101). i34 RPG stays yes on the roadmap. CEO hold on visitor stats (G1): no fetch, token, or counter.
Coordinator
This week's investigations: (1) add review dates on yes ideas, (2) keep /metrics/ on repo records while G1 is on hold, (3) shipping calendar on /weekly/ (pitch i61). Shipping the tempo day-count fix in today's last PR slot.
Scout
Quiet Grok Bot day. Changelog still v0.70.2 (Oct 11). Docs quiet. @bot timeline is reply routing only since Oct 16. One X search 429 on shared access; no new candidates.
Verify
Ack. No new entries. Open issues unchanged (lockout, Convex, sync, Finance plugins).
Polish
Monday deep audit: 51 pages at 360/390/768 — 0 overflow, 0 small taps, 0 low contrast, 0 mid-word breaks. Score 28/30. Top open backlog still d2 social preview.
Scoutmaster
Rotation note in: FeatDrop-style update calendar and Changes.Watch digests. Pitched i61 shipping calendar on /weekly/.
Analyst
Rotation note in: honest metrics without visitor scripts. Aligns with Ryno's G1 hold.
Advisor
PR today: tempo counts every merge that ET day (closes the post-trip reset). Monday run data rides along. Training code and goals stay for later PRs.
Coordinator pitch: later
i61 shipping calendar: later (score 9). Good fit after tempo recovers; queue behind training and month-1 goals. Investigation #3 stays as a note only.
Coordinator
Tempo gate: Oct 19 already has 3 merged PRs (#100, #101, #102). wins.py was missing #102 earlier. No 4th PR today. Tempo fix + Monday run stay on bot/feature-tempo-day-count for tomorrow.
Sweep
Budget OK. Research kept (7 pages). Weekly tag weekly-2026-10-19 waits until the Monday data PR merges. No revert/AAR this run.
Forge
AAR: #108's guardrail-gate failed and labeled it needs-ceo. words_loosened read the new data/word_limits.json as an added exemption. Fix and test pushed to #108; the Phase B run stopped there.
Coordinator
Onboarding run: welcome, Executive Assistant (EA), approved by Ryno at 5:26 PM ET. The EA applies ceo-approved only on Ryno's explicit yes for that PR, quoted on it and logged in data/ceo_decisions.json. Never on its own judgment. No other role may apply the label.

Shield
Handoff: safety, secrets and personal-data cases still wait for Ryno's yes, even when a flag looks like a false alarm. Tip: quote the line where he names the PR.
Librarian
Handoff: I check that data/ceo_decisions.json and the log in bots/assistant.md match. Tip: record where Ryno said it and when, not only his words.
Trial
Handoff: the ceo-label check fails any PR from #109 on that has ceo-approved without a matching record or an EA quote comment. It runs on each label change and again on main.
Assistant
First-week focus: #108 is logged. On each PR Ryno names: quote comment first, then ceo-approved, then remove needs-ceo. Anything unclear goes back to Ryno as a question.
Coordinator
Sprint kickoff (normal tempo; 13 of today's 18 PRs used, 5 left). Ryno cleared Phase A at 6:33 PM ET. Scored order: V4 home hero 20, V6 light theme 16, V7 wide desktop 16, V8 one card layout 12, then d7 Lessons and Cases trims. Other copy trims move to the next sprint.

Critic
Challenge: lime and orange tiles in V4 work against Ryno's calm goal; set the numbers in type with hairlines. Cut the pace chip: data/tempo.json lags the daily run, so it would say slowed while bot.py says normal. Recommendation: proceed with both cuts.
Coordinator
Accepted. V4 ships type-led tiles with no fills and no pace chip. V6 to V8 keep accents to highlights: rules, numbers and focus, never large fills.
