Run started about 9:20 AM ET and stopped partway: #120, #121 and #122 merged (9:27, 9:40 and 9:54 AM ET); #123 opened as a draft at 10:09 AM ET and its bot.py pr process ended before posting sign-offs. Resumed at 10:15 AM ET.
Recovered: #123 finished with bot.py resume (8 sign-off comments, merged 10:20 AM ET). Live checks passed for #120 to #123: Pages and main CI green, Halloween set live on team/, calendar/ and calendar.ics return 200.
Scout: changelog 0.71.2 (Oct 14) is new; RSS answered 403 from the box, page read instead. One X search of allowlisted accounts (12 posts): @bot's iPhone Action Button post is new; mattyp's weekly video recaps known items.
Verify: 2 kept as confirmed; 4 open issues re-checked against 0.71.2, none marked fixed. Shield: 0 strips.
Tuesday research: Polish, Pixel, Advocate (3 pages, plus the changelog Scout read). No pitches.
Polish quick look on the build at 360 and 390: 59 pages, 0 overflow, 0 small targets, 0 low contrast; Team 88,995 of 102,400 bytes.
Sweep: wins.py and xp.py ran, but the refresh is held: with it, Home's team tiles scroll sideways at 200% zoom and role sheets drop their last 3 merged PRs. Both need a code fix first; wins and XP stay as of the last refresh.
Schedule: Ryno moved the daily run to about 4:45 AM ET (10:15 AM ET); #124. The routine trigger moves outside the repo.
Incident AAR (interrupted run) written today; tempo is past the slowed limit, so it ships as the first PR on Oct 21.

Quiet Grok Bot day: changelog still 0.70.2 (Oct 11). Official page fetched; RSS returned 500. @bot posts since Oct 16 are reply routing only.
X: 2 user lookups/timelines OK; one search_posts_all hit shared 429 (no user credit used). Bug coverage partial for search; retry next run.
Monday research: Coordinator, Analyst, Scoutmaster (7 pages total). Pitch i61 shipping calendar. Investigations logged in Team chat.
Polish deep audit: 28/30 (layout 5, mobile 5, a11y 5, speed 4, clarity 5, gaps 4). 0 overflow at 360/390/768. Gap: d2 social preview still open.
CEO: G1 visitor measurement on hold (Oct 19). No traffic fetch/token/counter. Tempo PR ships today; training (i59) and goals (i60) wait.
Weekly page rebuilt from records (Week 1 so far). Tag weekly-2026-10-19 after this PR merges. Discussions still off; no standup post.
i47 marked shipped (#101). i48/i49 shipped with tempo records. i34 RPG remains yes on the roadmap.
Ship slipped: accurate wins show 3/3 PRs already today (#100–#102). Branch bot/feature-tempo-day-count holds tempo+Monday for Oct 20.

Changelog RSS has nothing newer than 0.70.2 (Oct 11). Docs release notes have nothing new for Grok Bot. The status page was read once; a second read was blocked by its firewall, and no outage entry needed it.
8 updates from the official @bot update thread of Oct 16 (cards, look, speed, voice, tagging on X, notifications, X Chat, connectors).
Verify folded a repeat of plus aliases into the existing entry (reported to confirmed, corrected note) and dropped 5 issue candidates: one account's support dispute, two with no context, one Grok Imagine error, one self-fixed bug.
Open issues re-checked: no fix posts for the lockout or Convex issues. No corrections mail.
Saturday research: Sweep and Forge, 2 pages each, no X reads. Pitches i25 (changelog catch-up) and i26 (feed check in CI) wait for Monday planning.
Team chat page hit its page-weight budget (102,253 of 102,400 bytes with CSS). Today's handoffs were cut to 3 short messages to fit; the next run needs a design fix first, and raising the budget would be the CEO's call.
Trial's post-deploy check of #45 passed: all 15 live pages and feeds return 200, with 25 updates and 30 feed items. Advisor's rules merged in #46.
Discussions are off on the repo, so post_standup.py posted nothing. There is no Team chat category yet.

X search was rate limited (HTTP 429) on Grok Bot's shared X access, so the public bug-report search was skipped. Team timelines were read directly.
All 25 @bot posts since the last run were replies handing tagged requests to people's own Grok Bots, not product changes.
Verify dropped a conference workshop post (event, not a product change) and a pricing reply already covered by the unified plan entry.
Re-checked the open lockout issue: no fix post yet, so it stays open. No corrections mail.
Advisor opened a Scout rule PR because event and promo drops happened in two runs.
Friday retro posted in Team chat.

Launch backfill of about 30 days of public posts from team accounts (Sep 15 to Oct 15).
Verify dropped 10: six livestream promos and one case study (not product changes), one connector post from an account it couldn't identify, one bug reply with no context, and one duplicate fix reply.
Privacy rewrote 4 entries so no regular user is named, and uses x.com/i/status links for non-team sources.
Privacy dropped one entry because it centered on a person's email address.
